BLACK BOX DRAMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Bookings are non-refundable
• Invoices for regular classes will be issued termly in advance. Schools will be invoiced in advance with 30 day payment terms. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable late payment fee for invoices that are more than 14 days overdue.
• In the event of unacceptable behaviour the organisers reserve the right to revoke the booking. In the first instance every effort will be made to address this with the parent/guardian/school.  In the event of extreme, threatening or dangerous behaviour the organisers reserve the right to withdraw with immediate effect. In both circumstances refunds will not be issued.
• In the event of cancellation refunds will be issued (minus card processing fees).
• We will not take responsibility for loss or damage to personal items
• We will only store data for the purpose of dietary/medical/emergency information taken during the duration of the course. Personal Data will not be sold or transferred to any third party
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to advise Black Box Drama Co. of any medical conditions/ allergies. We will not take responsibility for any reaction or medical emergency that we have not been made aware of in advance. For workshops and private students:

• In the event of late collection please ensure that we are notified as soon as possible, and at least 5 minutes before the end of the event. Late collections are chargeable from 15 minutes after the event has ended at £15 per 15 minutes to cover additional staff and premises costs.
• Black Box Drama Co. requires a 6 week (half term) notice period in writing for cancellation of. Fees will be payable until the end of the notice period from the date of the notice.
• Please ensure that no electrical devices such as gaming equipment, tablets or charging devices are brought onto the premises. Mobile phones are permitted but they must not be used during the event for safeguarding reasons.
• In the event of sickness/ diarrhoea I will ensure my child does not attend the event until 48 after symptoms have passed.
• In the event of unplanned absence please initially notify us by email or direct message. Fees for missed sessions are non refundable or transferrable.
